Din ERP has signed a global partnership agreement with IFS, the global enterprise applications company. The agreement enables Din ERP to offer its Microsoft SharePoint-based front-end solutions and services through IFS's global organisation.

The new partnership allows IFS to sell, implement and support solutions from Din ERP. Din ERP offers out-of-the-box IFS functionality in SharePoint such as time registration, travel expense, document management, purchasing, KPI reporting and more—all of which are currently being used in live environments at major clients.

"IFS recognised the growing demand for mobile access to business systems early on, which is why today the full suite of IFS Applications can be accessed through mobile devices," IFS VP Global Alliances David Eager said.  "Solutions from DinERP enable IFS customers to extend these capabilities even further on virtually any internet device utilizing SharePoint and other commonly used productivity tools, such as Office 365.  I am pleased to add DinERP to our growing list of global partners."

The alliance has been in effect in Scandinavia for two years and has led to several joint customer wins, most recently involving Norwegian customer Avinor, who selected IFS and Din ERP for quality assurance reporting. Another example is Swedish customer Oriflame, who introduced SharePoint as its new unified front-end platform for IFS Applications and other internal apps.

"There has been a growing international interest in our products over the last few years and it is of great value to us and our customers that IFS is now able to take a more active role in these projects on a global basis," said Yngve Tronstad, CTO and Chairman, Din ERP.
