Motorola Solutions Inc. has entered into a pan-Europe, Israel and Africa (EIA) distribution agreement with Azlan Logistics Ltd, part of the Tech Data group of companies. The agreement covers the distribution of Motorola Wireless Networking solutions products in EMEA via Azlan's International Business Team (IBT).
The deal will see Azlan apply its knowledge of the EMEA networking market to help grow Motorola Solutions' wireless business through its extensive base of resellers, systems integrators and networking specialists.
Azlan will offer the full Motorola Solutions' portfolio of WLAN products and solutions including;
- TEAM turns the desktop into a pocketable virtual office, delivering cost-effective mobile access to the voice and data services needed to increase productivity, collaboration and customer satisfaction. TEAM gives users access anywhere, anytime to PBX-based telephony, enterprise grade push-to-talk (PTT) services and text messaging over WLAN with these services extended to smartphones.
- AirDefense is the WLAN security and network management that helps businesses detect and disable rogue access points (Wireless AP's), ensure PCI Compliance and proactively monitors networks for vulnerabilities. AirDefense solutions satisfy regulatory audit requirements, provide 24/7 monitoring, simplify management of multi-vendor network deployments and enable remote troubleshooting of network performance.
- Motorola's MESH networks are trusted by enterprises around the world to enable all mobile data, voice, video and critical application needs. Motorola Solutions' robust mesh portfolio enables applications that generate revenue and create effective cost savings.
