VoiteQ, provider of Voice-Directed Warehouse Solutions, grew its revenues by 15 per cent and headcount by more than 20 per cent as the demand for its solutions continued to grow during 2012. The Voice industry continues to expand and in a move to provide the best service and product roadmap, VoiteQ has reshaped the organisation to focus on enhanced development and even higher levels of customer service, whilst expanding into new markets. Proving a record year for VoiteQ, the company also appointed retail expert Isabel McCabe to its board, signed its first customers in North America and received 'Partner of the Year' status from Vocollect.
Voice-Directed Warehouse Solutions have become commonplace in warehouses wishing to improve business processes, accuracy and increase the bottom-line. The VoiteQ team was the first to install Voice technology outside of North America and today still remains the leading reseller of Vocollect Voice technology in the UK.
In a bid to further grow its offering and provide increased levels of service to customers, VoiteQ has undergone an impressive recruitment drive during 2012 with new roles added across the company. As Operations Director, McCabe's role was created to ensure that the company continues to build on its high levels of service and quality as it grows and expands into new markets.

In 2011, the company expanded into North America opening an office in Chicago. During 2012 VoiteQ Inc. doubled its headcount and added significant new customers to its growing portfolio.
