itelligence UK acquires SAP BusinessObjects partner Blueprint Management Systems

itelligence AG, the global SAP partner for the SME market, has announced the 100% acquisition of the British company Blueprint Management Systems Ltd., London, one of SAP UK's BusinessObjects partners, by its Ascot-based British subsidiary itelligence UK.
 
This acquisition represents a significant expansion in the range of services offered by itelligence in the UK in the growth segments of business analytics and SAP BusinessObjects.

 
Norbert Rotter, CFO, itelligence AG: "In recent years itelligence has invested significantly in the UK market with the clear objective of becoming the No. 1 Partner of SAP. Our UK business is now the third largest Unit at itelligence worldwide with revenues of £40 million and 180 employees."

The company was founded in 1993 and its 60 employees generated sales of £8.9 million in 2011. The renowned business analytics solution provider can count well-known companies such as ING Bank, M & G Ltd. and Eurostar International Ltd. among its customers. As an SAP BusinessObjects Gold Value Added Reseller and SAP Authorized Education Partner, Blueprint has received numerous accreditations from SAP.
