Markus Meißner, Managing Director of AEB GmbH, said: "Electronic customs integration has become mandatory in an increasing number of countries and logistics experts know how to manage these regulatory requirements to their advantage to automate and streamline processes. To increase competitiveness, forward-thinking supply chain leaders are taking a much more comprehensive approach to end-to-end supply chain management and are looking for multi-country software solutions that integrate all global trade processes, including electronic customs procedures, as 'normal' process steps within the supply chain logistics operations. Together with KSD, we can offer our customers just that: A comprehensive end-to-end solution including international customs integration in all key markets with local support, as well as full global trade and logistics functionality from procurement and distribution to fulfillment. AEB and KSD form a perfect match to deliver such solution packages successfully to the market. We are looking very forward to our joint offering and cooperation with KSD.
Svenn Widerberg, Chief Executive Officer of KSD Software AS, said: "AEB and KSD have much in common, including the number of years in operation, our software development approach, our company philosophies and our market development strategies. Our geographic representations in markets outside our headquarters in Norway and Germany respectively, as well as our global coverage of market areas, fit almost seamlessly together and further emphasize our companies' perfect suitability for a powerful and successful, global partnership. We are very happy to announce our cooperation and are looking forward to working together for the benefit or our customers."
