VoiteQ, the supplier of Voice-directed work solutions, was awarded Partner of the Year during Vocollect's European Partner Conference in Dublin recently. The company won the accolade for its continued high growth performance supported by the company's strong strategic partnerships, certification and technical capability, as well as for taking Voice into new markets and applications across the warehouse.

"We're very pleased to have won Vocollect's Partner of the Year and to be the only partner to have won the award twice," said David Stanhope, CEO of VoiteQ. "This award is a testament to the dedication and hard work of our staff and the support they provide to building our award winning solutions. VoiteQ is made up of warehouse experts and a committed customer base who regularly feedback on how Voice can change the supply chain. We use this knowledge to continue to adapt our offering, extend Voice into new markets and build software to support voice into new applications across the warehouse and beyond. This has enabled us to continue to grow and to become Partner of the Year again."

Richard Adams, managing director of Vocollect EMEA, added: "For determining the Partner of the Year, Vocollect EMEA examined the 2011 performance of its reseller partners across a range of criteria that included overall revenue, year-over-year revenue growth, quantity of new customers added during 2011 ('new logos') and business development activities with host system providers. VoiteQ consistently performed strongly across all measures, and was therefore presented with the Vocollect EMEA Partner of the Year award."
VoiteQ has continued to increase its presence across the Voice market and this is largely attributed to its extensive experience and technical ability to innovate voice-directed work solutions. The company's VoiceMan solution, as well as working closely with its key WMS partners, has enabled it to increase the number of new companies achieving the benefits of Voice across new and existing industry sectors.
This award adds to VoiteQ's track record; being the first partner in the UK to offer a maintenance centre for Vocollect hardware and previously winning three awards for Technical Partner of the Year.
Stanhope concluded: "We invest considerably into R&D of our VoiceMan solution, the training and certification of our staff and our WMS relationships, which has meant we have successfully been able to take Voice into sectors outside of retail such as pharmaceutical, dairy and apparel, as well as to extend our voice offering to all tasks across the warehouse. This award goes to demonstrate our understanding of the market and how VoiteQ are adapting to changes that our customers face every day."
