Optimum ensures professional user training for ASSA ABLOY's Dynamics AX rollout

Optimum Technology Transfer Ltd., the IT user engagement consultancy, has been selected by ASSA ABLOY to support the implementation of their new Dynamics AX business system in the UK. Optimum will develop a tailored user training solution that will ensure both core and general users fully engage with the new system and processes as they are implemented across all functions of the clients business.

 
ASSA ABLOY Ltd is a UK lock group, providing security solutions across a range of markets and through a number of ASSA ABLOY business units and market leading brands. Initially around 300 staff in the UK will be trained by Optimum and, as part of the training programme, global templates will be developed to ensure a consistent approach to the training of staff as the system is deployed worldwide. The ASSA ABLOY Group is represented in all major regions globally, including much of Europe, North America and Asia Pacific.
