ByBox helps Sunwin Services exceed SLA

The festive period is the busiest time of the year for retailers and meeting the demands of customers during this time is crucial for business success. Customers don't like being made to wait and delays can lead to them going elsewhere. Success comes from working with like minded partners, partners who are dedicated, who like to win and who pride themselves on providing a quality service.

This is why Sunwin Services chose to work with ByBox, the field service solutions provider. ByBox are a company who work 24/7/365, including Christmas Day and New Years Day. ByBox work with companies in different sectors to provide them with tailored solutions, ensuring their supply chains operate smoothly.

Part of the Co-operative Group, Sunwin Services has Electronic Point of Sale engineers and a desktop services team who are on hand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide IT maintenance and support services across the UK to a wide range of businesses, including food stores, travel agents, healthcare outlets, funeral directors, clothing retailers, farms, motor dealerships, an online electrical store and many more.

Sunwin also provide a wide range of services that support retail operations. This includes providing a full electronic Fire and Security solution for commercial and domestic property from the full design, installation and maintenance of CCTV, Intruder Alarm, Fire Alarm, Fire Extinguisher servicing and repairs to the provision of specialist equipment such as smoke deterrents and White Noise.

Sunwin engineers use ByBox lock boxes to collect and return parts seven days a week. This enables them to provide a seamless service to customers whilst at the same time minimising downtime. The benefits for Sunwin include the ability to improve customer Service Level Agreements, which have risen by almost 3% since being able to ship stock seven days a week.

In terms of the Christmas period, as a retailer, it's always a very busy time and this year the volume of calls was at its highest ever. This is due to a larger estate, as the Co-operative Food seeks to expand its portfolio of stores. With an estate of nearly 3000 food stores, the service provided to those stores is absolutely crucial, with a big emphasis paid to SLAs."
