To further demonstrate this to its customers and staff, they have been assessed and approved by Interface NRM Limited and achieved the ISO 9001 accreditation for their Software Systems, Training and Support Services.
Interface NRM Ltd is based in the West Midlands and has been established for over 20 years. They specialise in working with organisations to ensure systems are simple, easy to use and maintain and are highly customer oriented. They work with a wide range of manufacturing, service, professional, construction and distribution organisations, as well as government, local authorities, health, charities and non-departmental public bodies.

As a result of this exercise, Syscom is reaping the rewards of achieving ISO 9001 and has already received some good feedback from its customers, demonstrating the improvements that Syscom has made within the business are having a good impact on customer satisfaction levels.
