Ortec Consulting Group has announced the launch of a dedicated SAP Practice for the Benelux region. The new practice will specialise in the provision of high quality SAP supply chain management consultancy and unique planning optimisation solutions. In addition to extensive Operations Research and business process optimisation expertise, the SAP Practice consultants also excel in the implementation of Ortec's in-house developed SAP-embedded advanced planning solutions.

Menno Brandjes, Director of the newly formed practice, describes some of the benefits of this new service offering: "At Ortec, we believe that companies in the Benelux market will benefit greatly from our unique SAP planning expertise, especially given that a large majority of our current clients already utilise SAP's enterprise resource planning system (ERP). It is in operational environments such as these that our advanced planning solutions and in-depth business know-how can deliver significant cost savings and logistics process optimisation."

The Ortec Consulting Group SAP Practice will offer specialist services for the implementation of efficient logistics processes in SAP SCE and SCM applications. The practice will further enhance Ortec's existing SAP services in the area of SAP embedded solutions such as Ortec LEO (Logistics Execution Optimiser) for load building and routing or vehicle load space optimisation in SAP TM 8.0. The Ortec consulting Group has a great number of years experience in global SAP projects and its project team consultants possess in-depth knowledge of SAP technology, SAP logistics functionality, logistics processes and technology and systems in general.

Menno Brandjes concludes: " Ortec's unique SAP services deliver tangible benefits in the area of logistics process optimisation and cost reductions. Our success at numerous, diverse customers is real confirmation that significant savings can be achieved."
