Proskills enhances Microsoft Dynamics CRM with Integrated Data Quality tool from Capscan

Capscan, provider of international address management solutions and data integrity services, has integrated its purpose built address validation tool with Proskills UK, the sector skills council for the process and manufacturing sector, new Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Using Matchcode for Microsoft Dynamics CRM ensures that Proskills has only accurate, up-to-date and enhanced address information added to its CRM database.

The technology from Capscan was recommended to Proskills by its partner dhc, who completed the project during the recent implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The software tool provides Proskills office-based staff and its regional employer engagement team with access to a fast address look-up facility, ensuring the new CRM system is directly populated with validated address data, matched against the Royal Mail's definitive Postcode Address File (PAF) and is automatically enriched with important complimentary data including geographic data.
