JDA Focus 2011 to feature over 200 super sessions, breakout sessions and special interest group meetings

JDA Software Group, Inc, the supply chain company, has announced that Focus 2011, the company's 21st annual global conference, will feature more than 200 content-rich Super Sessions, Breakout Sessions and Special Interest Group Meetings covering the manufacturing, wholesale distribution, transportation and retail industries. Focus 2011will be held 1-4 May at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort in Orlando, Florida.

The theme for Focus 2011 Anticipate and Deliver Your Promise reflects JDA's commitment to helping its customers deliver on the promises they make to their customers, suppliers and manufacturing partners each day. The theme also underscores JDA's commitment to innovation, ensuring that its solutions continue to provide companies with unmatched value and bottom-line results.
Compelling Keynotes and General Session Presentations
Focus 2011 General Session keynote presentations feature JDA leaders as well as highly regarded executives from some of the world's leading companies. The presenters include:
JDA President and CEO Hamish Brewer, whose "state of the company" address will outline JDA's vision for the future as "The Supply Chain Company."  He'll discuss how the company's successful growth strategy has positioned JDA as the only end-to-end supply chain solutions provider, with offerings that range from the manufacturer to the retail shelf.
Meg Whitman, president and CEO of eBay (1998-2008), who will discuss the difficulties of managing innovation across large organisations and what leaders need to know to foster an environment where good ideas are cultivated, developed and executed. She will also discuss the importance of looking outside traditional avenues to put organisations on the path to sustainable growth.
Kevin O'Marah, group vice president, Supply Chain Research, Gartner, will discuss the future of supply chain and the best practices used by leading companies today.  He will then moderate a panel discussion featuring the following JDA customers:
