Following the success of the 'Food for Thought' retail webinar, Goos Kant, Ortec Partner and VP Retail Industry Leader will be shortly presenting another stimulating webinar for the retail sector, titled: 'How to outperform retail targets with dynamic delivery scheduling'. The goal of this 30 minute presentation is to share Ortec's vision for achieving increased dynamics in retail store distribution, while sharing real-life case studies of companies that have realised up to 10% increase in resource utilization and DC- and store outlet turn around times.

Goos Kant explains some of the difficult challenges faced by retailers: "Promotions or other actions can cause fluctuations in retail sales, which in turn significantly impacts distribution volumes. If delivery patterns remain static, resource utilization conflicts will occur. I'll be tackling these issues in the webinar and explaining how retail organizations can achieve more dynamic delivery schedules, without adversely impacting DC and/or store processes."
