RedPrairie Corporation has announced that Argent Associates will implement RedPrairie's On-Demand WMS at three additional sites in Denver, Colo.; Edison, N.J.; and Plano, Texas. Used at its facilities located in Arizona, North Carolina and Texas currently, Argent has already experienced significant inventory visibility, faster delivery time and accuracy with the solution, and is scheduled to go live at the new facilities in March 2011.

Headquartered in Edison, N.J. and managing more than $500 million in assets, Argent Associates provides global supply chain management solutions and services for the telecommunications and retail industries, government agencies, and private enterprises. A leading third-party logistics (3PL) provider, the company has more than 350,000 square feet of warehousing, staging and manufacturing facilities in seven states and five countries.
RedPrairie's On-Demand WMS allows Argent to easily integrate additional clients within its supply chain operations. With Argent customers increasing their demand for real-time inventory and shipment visibility, RedPrairie's system ensures the company has full visibility and traceability of products from dispatch to final delivery. In addition, the on-demand WMS easily integrates with platforms from QuickBooks to SAP to custom in-house procurement.
"RedPrairie has saved us thousands of dollars each month by providing supply chain efficiencies all within a solution scalable to accommodate our growth," said Ray Moya, Chief Operating Officer for Argent Associates.  "Because RedPrairie's On-Demand WMS is delivered via the software-as-a-service model, we plan to implement the system at our new facilities easily and quickly."
"Companies like Argent understand the importance of creatively using innovation to gain that competitive edge," said Mike Mayoras, CEO of RedPrairie. "We look forward to our continued relationship with Argent and playing a significant part in its long-term growth."
