Swisslog: Integrated Logistics Solutions Company 2010

Following a detailed study of the logistics sector by The Institute of Transport Management (ITM) Swisslog was recently awarded the title of 'Integrated Logistics Solutions Company 2010'.  The ITM researched providers of logistics services as part of its annual accreditation scheme which is designed to celebrate and promote high standards throughout the transport industry.  The accreditation programme enables members and associates of the Institute to access research-based advice on the best products and services currently available.  At a time when budgetary constraints are tighter than ever, businesses certainly need assistance in identifying the most efficient and cost-effective suppliers of essential services such as logistics solutions.  Following an extensive investigation by the accreditation team and careful deliberations of the Awards Committee, the Institute announced that Swisslog has won the 'Integrated Logistics Solutions Company 2010' title.
 
The ITM recognised that Swisslog is devoted to long-term customer care, offering technical and consulting services which go far beyond standard support packages.  This encompasses: modernization and upgrades; preventative maintenance; round-the-clock emergency support; and a comprehensive system management service.  They then commented that it is therefore little wonder that Swisslog enjoys a loyal client base and continues to attract new customers on the basis of its reputation for exceptionally good service which comes hand-in-hand with leading edge technical acumen.
 
Announcing the Award to Swisslog, Mr. Patrick Sheedy, ITM Media and P.R. Director, made the following remarks: "Following on from a detailed study of the logistics sector by the ITM research team, and the subsequent judgment of the Awards Committee, I am pleased to be able to announce that the Award for 'Integrated Logistics Solutions Company 2010' goes to Swisslog, for its outstanding dedication to reaching the peak of logistics services and customer care.  Very well done indeed to Swisslog; long may you continue to set an example to the rest of the sector and to serve industry as a whole with dedication and skill."
