Gold status is the highest level in the partner network, awarded only to companies which hold excellent competencies with Microsoft technology and can demonstrate high levels of customer satisfaction. This was tested via a customer survey conducted in collaboration with Microsoft.
Through the partnership Inform will benefit from prioritised access to Microsoft technology roadmap and full integration with all Microsoft platforms. The INFORM GmbH add*ONE product suite will be regularly checked for compatibility and reliability with the new Microsoft operating system, Windows 7, as well as Version 7.1. This will provide customers with increased reliability, flexibility and ease of use.
Cathy Humphreys at Inform, explains: "The Gold Certified Partner status is a great achievement for the company, which acknowledges the quality of the INFORM product offering."
Inform helps manufacturers and wholesalers reduce risk by enabling them to forecast demand more accurately, reduce inventory, costs and improve cashflow.
Its add*ONE software solutions bolt on to an ERP solution, and act as a "turbo boost" to optimise demand and inventory planning and drive efficiency savings. The add*ONE family typically delivers up to 40 per cent reduction of stock and typically provides a return on investment within the first 12 months.
Its UK-based customers include: Bosch Thermotechnology, Fujitsu Services, John Parker and SFS Intec.
