Infor acquires Qurius' ERP LN operations

Infor, provider of business software for mid-market companies, has acquired Qurius' ERP LN operations. Qurius is an Infor implementation partner which provides architecture, realisation and systems management for business and IT solutions, including infrastructures. As part of the terms of the deal, Infor will assume approximately 60 Qurius staff members who will continue to service Infor's ERP LN customers in Italy, Germany and Spain moving forward to ensure continuity.

As part of the acquisition, Infor will inherit approximately 60 staff members from Qurius' offices in Italy, Germany and Spain, expanding its market share throughout the region. Customers who are currently using Qurius as their technology partner to manage their ERP LN implementations will be able to continue to work with the same professional services team as well as have direct access to Infor's comprehensive suite of world-class business software applications moving forward.
