Pioneering UK manufacturer set to improve sales, service and marketing capability with new software implementation
Microsoft focused Business Technology specialist K3, has announced a new Microsoft Dynamics CRM project with IMC, a European market leader in specialist commercial catering equipment which will deliver enhancements to its sales, service and marketing capability. The Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution will also complement the firms extensive use of SmartVision manufacturing business software, which was successfully implemented by K3 in 2005.
