QVC, Inc., the worldwide multimedia retailer, has selected solutions from the Manhattan SCOPE supply chain process platform to help optimise its supply chain network.
QVC which over the past 23 years has shipped more than 1 billion packages in the US alone selected Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management and Labour Management solutions for its distribution centre (DC) in Florence, South Carolina, with plans to roll out in its other domestic DCs in Lancaster, Pennsylvania; Rocky Mount, North Carolina; and Suffolk, Virginia.

Streamlining our distribution processes with the Manhattan platform will enable QVC to expand its distribution capacity and reach new fulfilment levels across every selling channel.
Manhattans Warehouse Management and Labour Management solutions are part of the Distribution Management solution suite within the Manhattan SCOPE supply chain process platform, designed to leverage the spectrum of people, tasks and events across the supply chain for the most efficient and accurate performance possible. SCOPE's modular service-oriented architecture facilitates the creation of cross-suite applications to address specific requirements for the goals of each Manhattan customer.
