20 Years success behind Clydebuilt

There are no secrets to Clydebuilt Solutions' success. Following Clandestine Softwares' 20th birthday the company was subject to a management buy out by long standing technical director Jamie Barr.

Throughout the 20 years in business we have provided services to a number of high calibre clients. Born with an origin in manufacturing and designed for the 3pl industry, Clydebuilt has grown into a successful business who continues to delight its customers.

Made up of IT, Logistics and Manufacturing professionals, the company worked with key clients to developed the LocateIT WMS suite into a highly flexible and functional system.

Since 1989 MD, Jessica Bunzl took the company from strength to strength and we are now regarded as specialists in our field; implementing solutions to the middle of the supply chain, helping our clients integrate IT processes with thatof their customers, ensuring their position is leveraged to maximise both profit and efficiency. There couldn't be a better time for Jamie to take the mantle as a lot of exciting new business contracts have been won and the future is looking bright.

After celebrating our 20 years in business in May and following the change of management hands it was decided that a name change was in order to reflect the company's forward thinking approach. Over the years our company has grown with its client base, offering many value added services including consultation and project management.

Although the name change suggests a new beginning we are pleased to have our previous twenty years behind us, this experience gives us a deeper understanding of the many issues faced by logistic professionals. So, while we are delighted to be moving forward we are proud to embrace our Scottish heritage and thank the people who have helped shape us into who we are today.
