BSkyB, RSPCA, BT, Fujitsu, Comet and NHS confirmed for SME Conference

This years Conference Programme at Service Management Expo, held at the NEC, Birmingham on 22-23 September 2009 , has now been confirmed. With case-study led big brand sessions and a brand new stream dedicated to mobile solutions and developments, the enhanced programme offers visitors over 20 thought-leading, high-level and informative seminars.

This conference-level education programme, including two lunchtime Keynote sessions, will be free to attend for all SME visitors making it a worthwhile destination for anyone in field service, including those facing a slashed budget for training employees.
