The Handheld Group has opened a new subsidiary in Europe, on the Benelux market. The new company, Handheld Benelux B.V., is located in Deventer in The Netherlands and will be led by Managing Director Peter ter Linde.
Peter has a successful history in the ruggedised market. Prior to coming to the Handheld Group, Peter co-founded eMpoly B.V., a Dutch company specialised in rugged hardware and mobile software for field services. Peter started his career with a Dutch distributor of rugged hardware and was the Sales Manager for 3 years. Peter has got a bachelor degree in Technical Business Science and shares a great passion for the mobile industry.
There is a strong growth of rugged computing on the Benelux market and the Handheld Group has a successful track record already in Holland and Belgium.
