Sanderson, the publicly owned UK provider of software solutions to the Delivered Wholesale and Cash & Carry industries, has won a contract to supply its Wholesale Distribution solution to Churchill Fine Foods Ltd.
Based in Skegness, Churchill Fine Foods provides a delivered wholesale service of fresh, frozen and ambient catering products to restaurants and hotels in the Lincolnshire area. The Sanderson solution is set to streamline their increasingly demanding business requirements.
Churchills have experienced huge growth since they started out just three years ago. The appointment of a highly experienced Wholesale Distribution Office Manager, tasked with growing the business, sparked the need for a dedicated IT system.
The software provides a single integrated solution to satisfy both the stock control and accounting needs of the growing business. Stock control is managed in real-time, ensuring accurate visibility at all times. The accounts package is integrated with order processing functions, removing the need for manual re-entry on separate systems.
The Sanderson solution also provides customer order history which can be used as a mechanism for improving customer service as well as up-selling. The integrated system will automate many aspects of the business, providing more time for staff to concentrate on achieving the planned business growth.
