RedPrairie customers share secrets of extreme performance

RedPrairie Corporation, a world leading consumer driven optimisation company, held its third annual international customer conference and exhibition on 16-17 September.

More than 300 supply chain and retail professionals gathered to enjoy two insightful days at RedPrairies Extreme Performance themed international user conference, RedShift International, which this year took place at St. John's Hotel in Solihull, Birmingham, UK.

RedPrairie customers from 14 countries united to share examples of how they have achieved Extreme Performance in their operations and the lessons learned in the process.

Customer keynote sessions featured Peter Voorhoeve, SCM Programme Director, Volvo Parts, presenting how Volvo Parts is currently rolling out RedPrairies WMS solution as a global standard across 35 countries and six continents, and Steve Walker, Supply Chain Solutions Director EMEA & CIO Middle East, DHL, presenting how DHL established a distribution centre in just two weeks under extreme conditions in the desert of Kuwait.

Microsoft, who was the diamond sponsor of the event, held a keynote session on how leading edge technology from Microsoft and RedPrairie enable supply chains to react to consumer demand in real-time.
