Tesco selects RedPrairies Enterprise Workforce Management

The solution will be used to manage its Global Store Staff of 350,000 employees, across 13 countries.

RedPrairie Corporation, a world leading consumer driven optimisation company, has announced that Tesco, one of the world's leading international retailers, will implement RedPrairies Workforce Management application at its retail stores. The RedPrairie solution will enable Tesco to deliver greater customer service by aligning customer traffic with employee scheduling. .

We selected RedPrairie because they provide the best scheduling solution that can operate across Tescos different formats, said Dave Briggs, Programme Manager for Tesco. By helping ensure that we always have people on hand to assist shopper, it supports our constant effort to improve customer experience.
