Q1 2008 Forrester Wave report: Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Forrester researched and evaluated Warehouse Management Systems vendors against approximately 50 criteria, which can be clustered into three higher-level groupings: current offering, strategy and market presence. Manhattan Associates WMS solutions achieved a #1 ranking in the Current Offering and Market Presence categories. 

Forrester Research found, Manhattan Associates established early WMS leadership thanks to their strong core capabilities and strategic road map. ARC Advisory Groups Warehouse Management Systems Worldwide Outlook, Market Analysis and Forecast Through 2012

ARC Advisory Group produces the annual forecast which follows more than 80 suppliers of WMS solutions and gives a detailed analysis and forecast for the marketplace through 2012. The Manhattan Associates WMS solution achieved a first place ranking in 18 of the 28 ranking criteria. 

Manhattan is over 45 percent larger than the next largest (WMS) supplier, so they are the leader in the majority of the segments that ARC tracks.
