Gaylord Entertainment implements RedPrairie solutions

RedPrairie Corporation, a leading consumer driven optimisation company, has announced that hospitality and entertainment company, Gaylord Entertainment, has implemented RedPrairies Workforce Management and Performance Management solutions. 

Workforce Management will provide state-of-the-art scheduling technology to help manage Gaylords 10,000-plus employees spread across multiple properties.  The Performance Management solution provides analytical monitoring and reporting tools for fast, actionable decision making.   Both solutions provide information to corporate personnel and to individual property managers.

In 2007, Gaylord implemented RedPrairies Workforce Management application for e-learning and schedule optimization.  The software helps Gaylord assess labour needs and schedule employees across multiple divisions at its four hotel properties.
