Global supply chain solutions provider Manhattan Associates, Inc. has announced that its Warehouse Management 2007 solution has achieved "Powered by SAP NetWeaver" status.
The SAP Integration and Certification Center (SAP ICC) has certified that the Manhattan Associates' Warehouse Management 2007 solution properly integrates with the SAP NetWeaver Exchange Infrastructure (SAP NetWeaver XI) 3.0 component to exchange critical data with instances of the SAP Business Suite family of applications and is integrated successfully with SAP NetWeaver Portal 6.0.

"Providing an integrated solution that is validated by this SAP certification reduces risks for our customers, while also significantly lowering implementation and ongoing maintenance costs."
Manhattan Associates also achieved certification for enabling Warehouse Management content within the SAP NetWeaver Enterprise Portal. Supply chain managers now have centralised, real-time visibility to the performance of a distribution facility and its key metrics, allowing them to make decisions on the fly and allocate resources appropriately to streamline the fulfillment process.
Manhattan Associates' Warehouse Management solution complements the SAP Business Suite by providing a feature-rich warehouse planning and execution system that allows customers to effectively execute supply-chain processes while providing all relevant feedback to the SAP ERP application that manages the overall business. Cross-component business processes are executed between SAP applications and Manhattan Associates modules in real-time, where Integrated Warehouse Management interacts with the Sales and Distribution and Materials Management applications of the SAP solution.
