Infor sparks Soutec Soudronic with business specific ERP solution

Infor has announced that Soutec Soudronic AG, a global leader in laser welding equipment and quality inspection systems, will deploy Infor ERP COM.

The solution will help Soutec, based in Neftenbach, Switzerland, to monitor its project-based business at any process phase and facilitate financial controlling. Soutec will benefit from increased business transparency, enabling the company to improve resource allocation, plant utilisation and overall efficiency.

Infors expertise and reputation in the industrial equipment and machinery (IEM) industry played an important role in Soutecs decision. When Soutec learned that support for its legacy enterprise solution would be terminated, the company started an extensive evaluation, looking at 13 vendors.
