Lawyers to further benefit from flexible working with new value added services
MoboTel, UK independent integrator of mobile data platforms, will be providing Lewis Silkin LLP, the full service law firm based in London, with two new value added solutions. MoboTel will work with the firm to extend the basic functionality of its BlackBerry devices so that business critical applications are available for Lewis Silkin employees when they are on the move.
The firm selected MoboTel because of its previous experience integrating BlackBerry with legal applications and the customer service support MoboTel provides to its clients. MoboTel will set up new BlackBerry connections to bring the firms total number of connections up to 80. It will also integrate two of the companys back office systems to enable staff to access the server securely from remote locations. The solutions to be integrated include Interaction, a customer relationship management system, and Opentexts DM5, a document management system. This provides them with greater flexibility, increased productivity and access to key information securely.
