K3 Drink-IT up with Robinsons

Frederic Robinson Limited, brewers of Stockport, have selected a new head office solution from K3, Microsofts largest Dynamics partner (formerly Navision) in the UK, to provide information for finance, operations, property management and telesales for its business.

Robinsons chose K3 after seeing their Drink-IT solution working at regional brewery, Hardy & Hansons plc. Simon Burchill, Robinsons IS Manager said That K3 had already done this was critical in our decision to go with them. We did not want to be guinea pigs. They are very professional in their approach and their consultants are of high calibre.

With support for our present system ending, we took the opportunity to consider a replacement solution that would integrate sales, finance and operations, and also provide us with new functions, including purchase order processing, property management, bar-code stock control, with other developments intended for the future.

Robinsons also chose K3 because the company was able to offer a more flexible solution than other vendors. Simon Burchill said, Their tailored support offering gives us on-site consultancy and means that we can change things quickly without making further investment.

Director Dennis Robinson said, We undertook a complete review of our financial functions to identify the Companys future requirements whilst at the same time identifying user needs for all intended software functions for what is planned as Phase 1 of a progressive IT development for the company. We look forward to working with K3 on this.

K3 is supplying and implementing Microsoft Dynamics Drink-IT software designed by specialist beverage software developer Helios-IT.
