New pallet labeller offers bar code validation

The RTL Pallet labeller is the latest labelling solution from Weyfringe. 

Designed to allow one or two side labelling of stationary pallets, the RTL can apply A5 size pallet labels at up to 20 pallets a minute
 
A successful label application signal, and confirmation that the correct barcode label has been applied, is available from the built in bar code validator.  This automatically scans the label after it has been applied to check for correct application and that the bar code is the correct one for the pallet.  If an error occurs the RTL can be set to automatically re-print and apply up to 3 times, prior to issuing an alarm.
 
Capable of labelling up to 2900 pallets between label recharging the RTL is supplied complete with an interlocked protective booth providing both operator and machine protection.  Control can be via a built in keypad module or remote from the customers packaging line control system.  If standalone use is preferred label designs and product databases can be held within the RTL print engine for simple recall and appending as required.
 
Service friendly modular construction allows maintenance points to be easily accessed and also allows customers to select from a range of RTL compliant print engines, if compatibility with existing equipment is required.
