SSA Global, a leading global provider of enterprise business software and services, today announced that it has formed a strategic alliance with the Unipart Group, one of Europes leading independent logistics companies, to market optimized supply chain management services.
Under the agreement, SSA Global and Unipart will jointly market supply chain management and business process implementation solutions, allowing organizations with complex supply chains to benefit from operational improvements by generating greater value from their existing business. The combined solution services and skills of SSA Global and Unipart will initially provide services in the UK, with a view to expanding the alliance internationally over time.

The Unipart Group is a group of logistics experts with a heritage in the automotive industry. In recent years, they have expanded their operations and now service a range of industries, providing logistics planning and support to companies including Airbus, Boots, Argos and Asos.
SSA Global and Unipart are entering into this alliance as providers of best of breed services and solutions. The combined offering will be central to the Unipart Groups Advanced Logistics Centre, located in the companys Oxford headquarters.
