REDPRAIRIE AND VOXWARE ANNOUNCE GLOBAL VALUE ADDED

RedPrairie to Utilize Voxware's VoiceLogistics ProT and VoxBrowserT Software to Deliver Embedded Voice Solutions

RedPrairie Corporation, a global leader in supply chain technology solutions that enable business process transformation, and Voxware, Inc., a leading supplier of voice-driven logistics solutions, today announced a global value added reseller agreement. Under the terms of the agreement, RedPrairie will embed Voxware's voice technology in their Warehouse Management product suite utilizing Voxware's VoiceLogistics ProT development toolkit coupled with VoxBrowserT client software, an open, browser-based, VoiceXML solution certified to run on a wide range of mobile computing devices.
