MediTek, the County Durham based designer and manufacturer of stairlifts have chosen Poole based Codestone to implement the Best of Breed Business Management Software solution for SMEs SAP Business One.MediTek, who have offices in the UK, USA and Australia encountered management and information access restrictions as their previous systems consisted of numerous small databases that were not integrated and lacked functionality. MediTek were searching for a fully integrated business software system to consolidate these disparate databases whilst also providing access to critical, roles based information to all offices.
Codestone provided MediTek with SAP Business One, which enabled information to be shared from one database, managing all areas of their business including Financials, CRM, Logistics and Reporting.
To enable information access to the remote offices, Citrix Access Suite, the leading edge access infrastructure, has been installed at the headquarters in County Durham. This now enables users to connect to any of the IT utilities, giving a desk like experience without ever having to install an application on the remote machines.
