Minorplanet Systems, the world leading Telematics solutions provider has announced it is to launch the latest version of its state-of-the-art vehicle management information system (VMITM).
The new VMITM product line VMIgreenlightTM, will operate as a free standing, easy to use, centrally hosted, web based solution with unique features unlike any other similar products available on the market today.
The Minorplanet company, which celebrated its 10th anniversary this year, works across a variety of sectors including logistics, fleet, airports, shipping, courier and express delivery. To date, Minorplanet Systems have installed the current VMITM system in over 62,000 vehicles for over 6,000 customers.
The VMIgreenlightTM product line will complement the existing range of innovative VMITM products, which include VMITMInsite, VMITM LiveTrak and VMITM TimeTrak*. These provide customers with the capability to track and monitor their vehicles locations, history and performance in real-time, as well as the ability to efficiently plan and set routes with SatNav technology.
This is achieved by combining the latest Global Positioning Satellite technology with proven hardware and software, to create a system which is radically advanced beyond the simple real time vehicle location, available elsewhere in the market today.
VMIgreenlightTM, a modular VMITM product, will offer ultra simple functionality, combined with the most sophisticated VMITM features, which can be tailored to cater for the needs of different sectors.
