Capgemini and SAP Strengthen Partnership to Modernize IT Landscapes for Logistics Service Providers

Capgemini International B.V. (Capgemini) and SAP AG (NYSE: SAP) today announced a deepening of their global alliance to jointly provide an integrated, end-to-end offering for Logistics Service Provider (LSP) companies looking to improve core operations such as transport, warehouse and event management. Based on SAPs leading LSP industry solution portfolio, SAP for Logistics Service Providers, and combined with Capgeminis in-depth understanding of clients strategic challenges, the offering leverages the SAP NetWeaver integration and application platform to address the challenges of todays LSPs by helping them consolidate their fragmented IT landscape and adapt to changing industry paradigms.
