RetroSpect is a solution for analysing historic data and gives completely new possibilities for following up your operations. RetroSpect analyzes data from any Warehouse Management System. RetroSpect replaces the need to employ specialists to produce data and can be used over the Internet.

RetroSpect gives you the knowledge you need about how to measure and follow up warehouse and distribution operations for better efficiency. The product contains a set of applications for measuring key performance indicators and for developing efficiency. Users can quickly see which measures will lead to better efficiency through a series of concrete analyses and tools.

RetroSpect has a unique graphic interface with pre-defined views that require no previous knowledge by the user. In contrast to traditional data warehousing solutions, no extensive installation and construction of OLAP cubes are required.

RetroSpect analyses data without any dimensions, is up and running after just a few hours' installation and staff can use it after a very short period of training. RetroSpect often replaces the need for specialists to produce data and can also be used as a simple dynamic report generator.

Users can perform analyses over the intranet/Internet without local installation. There's also the possibility to automatically distribute reports to decision makers or use them as a basis for performance based payments to co-workers.

RetroSpect Applications
- Operative Key Performance Indicators
- Long-time storage database from WMS
- Distribution Flow analyser
- Warehouse Order Tracker

Operative Key Performance Indicators
A balanced model for measuring warehouse efficiency. Each KPI can be analysed in drill-down with new measurements to find out what to change. Examples of KPIs are:
- picking efficiency
- full pallet efficiency
- dispatch synchronization
- equipment usage
- location
- space usage, etc

Long-time storage database from WMS
Gives new possibilities to store WMS data for increased traceability. Normally, operative data is scrapped after 1-6 months to secure system /server performance. With long-time storage, WMS data is exported to a separate db instance in the same or another server. The package includes data transfer engine, set-up of db and related software. The long-time storage database is the foundation for the analysis applications in RetroSpect.

Distribution Flow analyser
Presents an aggregated view of the warehouse production and distribution flow. It supports dynamic analysis of goods owners, articles, customers, order, order lines, etc. and related information about weight, volume, MHAs in the warehouse, location type, package type, route etc. Information is easily retrieved by choosing the time period and clicking in the graphical displays.

Warehouse Order Tracker
Presents a detailed view of warehouse orders and activities for effective traceability. It provides a search and analysis engine to view customer orders, order lines, articles or customers with related transport packages, pick run, batch number and activities on a unit level. It tracks what happens to orders or articles. It supports both goods in and goods out details.

The application answers questions such as, what transport package was created, in what pick run and who picked it? How many orders or order lines are placed by customer X and where did they pick the goods from? Consafe Logistics will add more applications to RetroSpect in the near future, for example traceability/long-time information storage and article movements, etc.
