Sanderson, the leading UK-owned food, formulation and process industry software provider, has won a new contract to supply its food manufacturing and supply chain solution to Food Partners, a rapidly expanding manufacturer and distributor of sandwiches.
The system will be used in all aspects of the business, from processing thousands of orders daily (including AS2/XML ordering), through to the production process, distribution and finance. In addition, real-time information will aid reporting and information flow for Food Partners and their customers.
Operating from manufacturing and distribution facilities located throughout Great Britain, Food Partners provides sandwiches to clients in food service, travel and coffee markets including airlines, high street coffee houses and sporting events. Having the flexibility to produce large quantities of individual products for different occasions is of paramount importance and the Sanderson software solution will help Food Partners to achieve their targets.
