Make your orders always enHand with Casio

enHand is the essential tool for field sales personnel, developed specifically to enhance control of inventory, minimise shrinkage and remove the necessity to manually re-process orders back at base. It works with the Casio IT-500 range of ruggedised PDAs to record and process sales or purchase orders, construct and print order confirmations, delivery notes and invoices and produce detailed stock reconciliation reports.

The PDA database contains customer and product details including order templates for specific customers which can be selected for the order from drop-down lists using the touch-sensitive screen. The PDAs bar-code scanner allows stock levels to be increased or decreased without key entry, thus controlling inventory levels and details shown on the restocking and stock-take reports.

All information can be printed from the PDA via Bluetooth which allows the connection of roll or A4 printers and GPRS transmission which allows urgent orders to be sent immediately to your back office system.

The enHand system comes packaged with its own onboard SQL-CE database and a controlling central database that has easy connection to industry standard back-office order processing and accounting systems. It was developed using standard Microsoft development tools by a well established software house. It is now in its second year of operation and has proved excellent support for mobile sales operations and warehousing staff around the world.
