IBS, International Business Systems (XSSE: IBS B) launches a new module, IBS e-billing. Research shows that traditional printing, mailing and delivery of invoices can add up to three extra days to the billing cycle. With IBS e-billing, transmitted invoices are handled in a few easy steps that save time and money.

The IBS application helps to reduce operating costs and increase revenue, through enhanced customer satisfaction and quicker debt settlement. It can ensure that bills never get 'lost in the mail' and that enquiries and disputes do not result in costly settlement delays.

With IBS e-billing, our customers can use the web to send electronic invoices in PDF format or as XML attachments via email, etc. Embedded tracking capabilities can reduce the number of disputes and make these easier to handle. says Susanne sander, Business Product Manager at IBS headquarters. The choice to implement the software in stages boosts the capabilities of most current invoicing systems. No matter how they take advantage of IBS e-billing, its powerful efficiency and smooth fit can provide customers with almost immediate benefits.

Fewer manual routines, quicker processing, improved accuracy, and 24-7 availability are proving to be increasingly attractive to both the public and the private sector, says sander. More and more companies are required to bill in this manner and governments are beginning to recognise this development with new legislation.

The IBS e-billing module provides:
-Quick, reliable and secure electronic delivery of invoices via the web
-Lower costs and faster handling of invoice administration
-Cost-cutting through reduced paper, labour and postage
-Potential to improve accounts payable days outstanding due to faster processing
-Rapid and efficient communication with customers regarding invoice disputes or enquiries
-Better access to real-time invoice information and history for both businesses and customers.
