Delta Impact, provider of electronic products and supply chain best practice services - including the lighting switch for the new Mini - has implemented a 100,000 Sage Line 500 system from business systems integrator CPiO.
The order, which runs for a three year period and includes software, service and support, replaces Delta Impacts legacy CS3 system and is helping the organisation to improve its customer focused business processes, increase productivity and access to management information.
Richard Clark, Financial Director at Delta Impact, explains, Access to information was a crucial factor as a lot of our employees are customer facing, providing both products and supply chain best practice services. We wanted a system that would open up data to every one in the company, give us better management information on the client specific work we offer and identify ways in which we could streamline our business processes.
