Indigo Software Limited is unveiling a new software solution called Syncro that utilises RFID, voice and RDT technologies to help consumer goods companies to achieve RFID compliance dictated by the major retailers.
Designed to offer full pick, pack and despatch control, the system collects data from picking, production or purchased goods receiving (via ASN) to enable details of each pack, pallet and load to be reported and manifest information to be recorded. This will include despatch verification, multi item pallet configuration control and 4 tier product ladder management.
Proven ASN formatting and connectivity will enable ASNs to be transferred automatically to the customer via EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) or through emerging EAN.UCC Systems XML Messaging Standard.
Additionally, integration with an incumbent ERP system will enable a seamless flow from manufacturing to despatch.
