Wal-Mart will take the stage, for the first time ever at an IGD event, at the supply chain event of the year: IGDs Retail Logistics Summit on 3rd November.

Wal-Mart is undoubtedly a leader in the adoption of RFID technology. Its Head of RFID Strategy Simon Langford will talk about breaking down the barriers for adoption, the benefits of collaboration and how the industry needs to invest for the future.

Tarun Patel, Programme Manager Supply Chain at IGD said Its a real coup for IGD to have secured Wal-Mart. We are looking forward to hearing how it has signed up more than 100 suppliers to its RFID programme and how it views the future of this technology.
