Datatel, Inc., a leading provider of information management solutions for higher education, sought to advance the productivity and profitability of its 600-strong professional services organization and streamline business operations across the organization. Supporting some 600 client institutions throughout North America, Datatel required a solution that could effectively manage project engagements while enabling connectivity to its financial, operational and customer information systems.
