TXT Workflow Management the new TXT product for co-ordination of activities

TXT e-solutions, European leader in extended supply-chain software solutions, is launching TXT WORKFLOW MANAGEMENT (TXT WFM), the collaboration solution that helps companies to coordinate and manage their activities, embracing all business processes, both internal and external.

TXT WFM is an environment in which the various company processes can be drawn, described (in terms of flows and organisation of activities/people and roles/timing), and controlled. The user has real-time vision, both overall and detailed, of the processes controlled, with highlighting of progress status and of any critical situation. Anomalies and delays are automatically flagged to managers via e-mail, enabling them to take immediate action.

In order to maximise usability, TXT WFM features various interfaces, all equally easy and intuitive: one Web-based, for geographically extended companies, one on MS Outlook to be used in ones personal productivity environment, and lastly one integrated in TXTs Supply Chain modules. TXT WFM makes it possible to extend co-ordination aspects, increasing the involvement also of those players who have marginal functions in progressing activities. They too can form part of a formalised operating approach, with a to-do list available in MS Outlook. Thanks to these features, TXT WFM assures improvements in control of production efficiency, tighter overall work co-ordination in terms of acceleration and systematic organisation of information flows, lower supervisory costs, and, lastly, improved resource management.
