Agilisys Inc., a leading supplier of enterprise software solutions to select manufacturing and wholesale distribution industries, is pleased to announce that it has acquired NxTrend. Based in Colorado Springs, NxTrend is a leading provider of enterprise
commerce management solutions. The acquisition will expand Agilisys' existing wholesale distribution capabilities and provide an opportunity to establish the combined company as a global leader in the distribution software market.
The financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.

The company's solutions are built on a progressive platform that allows for easy integration.

There is a binding acquisition agreement that is subject to regulatory approval. The combined entity of Agilisys and NxTrend
will have over 1,500 employees serving 7,500 customers in 31 countries and revenue approaching $300 million.
