FEIG ELECTRONIC GmbH, manufacturer of the highly successful OBID i-scan HF product family, announced the release of firmware for thier product line that enables support of the KSWTempSense-transponder offered by KSW Microtec Corp., Dresden, Germany. Developed by the KSWmicrotec Corp., TempSense is an ideal solution to monitor temperture sensitive products during transportation within a cold storage supply chain. The new firmware version is available for the entire OBID iscan HF reader family that includes vicinity, proximity, mid-range and long range products.
